1. How to rent a boat ?
You can either make an online reservation on our website, www.ibiza-yacht-rental.com by telephone or email.
To confirm your booking a 50% deposit will be charged using the payment method of your choice.
The payment options are:-
Within 24 hours you will recieve a email confirming your booking. The outstanding 50% and any extras requested are to be paid in full on the reservation date selected.
2. Whats included and whats not ??
a) Rent with skipper / crew: upon returning to the port your skipper will inform you of the fuel consumption during your trip. The calculation will be made based on the actual fuel cost/l for that day
Motorboat - Monterey 278
Engine Usage: 1,2 horas.
Fuel Consumption: 40 L x 1,2 horas @ 1,50 € per litre = 72,00 €
(these calculations are approximate, the price of fuel and travel time may vary depending on the weather and boat speed)
b) Rent without skipper / crew: the boat will be delivered with a full tank of fuel, before check out the tank is to be re-filled at one of the available fuel stations in the port.
Skipper 175 / 200 € + meal
Skipper overnight: 200 € + meals
Hostess: 120 € + meal
The Yachts above 15m come with crew and skipper.
-Bedding and towels: 15 € per person.
- Auxilary Boart: Not included for boats upto 10 m. Additional cost: 90 € per week.
- Moorings outside the base harbor:
If you want to dock at a port other than the base port of the boat you can apply below.

3. How to rent a boat without skipper / crew ?
In order to rent a boat without skipper you will need to posess a relevant nautical certification.
The following spanish certificates are acepted (PNB, PER, Patrón de yate,) or the equivalent from your country.
Deposit: between 1.500 € y 8.000 € depending on the boat required, to be paid in cash or credit card.
At the time of boarding a check is made of all functions of the boat, nautical charts, navigation equipment, and safety procedures..
4. Check in and Check out:
Check in: between 10:00 and 14:00.
Check out:between 17:00 - 19:00 (20:00 in july and august)
Upon your arrival the boat will be clean and ready for your departure.
Ibiza Yacht Rental will provide basic drinks and snacks on board, you are more than welcome to bring other food and drinks.

Upto 30 days before the departure date 75% refund.
Bad Weather: if it is impossible to navigate due to weather conditions (strong winds and swell) the date of departure will be moved to the next available date.
If unable to rescheduled the whole amount will be refunded
7. Useful Information:
Booking in advance will ensure greater availability;;
Luggage: If you spend the night on board is recommeded to carry as little luggage as possible and not bring rigid suitcases for ease of storage;
Its important to pack lightweight clothing, a cap and white soled footwear. A warm waterproof jacket is also highly recommended! Sunglasses and sunscreen are essential.
